The Divisional Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Dekina, Alh. Ibrahim Hussein Ejini, has assured the members of the party of his commitment to deliver the Party in the November 16th governorship election in the state.
He gave the assurances at his residence on Sunday when party faithfuls and community leaders from across Dekina LGA paid him courtesy visit in the spirit of the Eid Al-Adha celebration.
He thanked the party members and stakeholders of the party from Dekina local government for the confidence reposed in him to have considered him to take up the revered position of the Divisional Chairman of the party at a time where commitment and dedication is needed to reposition the party.
“I shall not disappoint you members and stakeholders of our party who have seen me worthy, I promise them victory. for our great party in the November election,” he said.
He felicitated with the Muslim Ummah for successfully celebrating Eid Al-Adha and enjoined the Muslim faithful to pray for peace and harmony for Dekina local government.
He said the period calls for sober reflections on the sacrifices Kogites have made in the last three years holding on under a very harsh leadership and assured all that PDP shall take over in November to ease their suffering.
He encouraged the party faithful to continue to pray for the state noting that Allah who is the God of just shall save Kogi and the entire Nigeria from the present economic crisis.
The party members reaffirmed their faith in his leadership and promised to continue to cooperate with him to lead the party to victory.
