Haruna Isah in the just concluded Lokoja/Kogi-Kotonkarfe bye elections, and two others in Bauchi and Katsina States Senatorial Districts on Saturday, 11th of August is a fundamental reason for celebration from all party supporters across the country and believers in a better Nigeria under the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration.”
These were the words of Julius Olushola Abel, aspirant, Mopamuro state constituency, Kogi State House of Assembly in the forthcoming 2019 general elections while congratulating the new House of Representative member-elect, Hon. (Alh.) Haruna Isah and Kogi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress under the chairmanship of Hon. Abdullahi Bello.
Abel said the outcome of the election is an indicator that Governor Yahaya Bello is on ground politically and leading Kogi masses in indeed the right direction, contrary to fake reports going round the media.
“Lokoja is the state capital and all the ethnic groups and tribes in Kogi State can be found there, therefore it is a microcosm of the entire state. The success also indicates that the APC is the party of majority of Kogi masses,” he said.
