In the time past, Kogi State, regaled with the richness of resources and boundless opportunities hasn’t been fortunate with a selfless, compassionate, competent, committed and passionate servant – leader.
This endless quest for a personality who has all these aforementioned traits in leaps and bounds has come to a glorious end.
Prior to the last Kogi guber election, juxtaposing his campaign manifesto and enduring interactions with the bourgeois and proletariat, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh’s name reverberate like a colossus, eager to make the necessary change and implement never – seen – before development in Kogi State.
Albeit, the political journey was rough and tortuous but the in- road and progress recorded seems unquenchable in the hearts of Kogites, who crave for good governance and people – centric leadership, in which Otunba Olayinka Braimoh sure guarantees.
In view of his unstoppable love for his people through his collaborative interactions with the common man on the street, he is still the talking and rallying point through the length and breath of Kogi State.
Instructively, the accommodating Kogi Central people he conversed with envisaged a viable, resourceful and idealistic personality, who has come to effect a positive change from the status quo.
Likewise, Kogi East politically inclined people are still in awe and bewilderment, because they see in Otunba Olayinka a poster boy, whose major pre-occupation is resolute towards creating an enabling environment for all, irrespective of tribe, gender, class, religion, party affiliation etc.
Expectedly, the highly versatile and industrious Kogi West people are proud to associate with their own son, whose aura, innovativeness, humility, audacity, expertise, intelligence quotient, composure and exemplary leadership is perceived to be the catalyst and driving – force towards engendering a prosperous, viable and sustainable Kogi State of our dreams.
As we step gradually into 2027 Kogi guber election, the name of a rare personality and new sheriff in town that has continued to resonate louder is no other than Otunba Olayinka Braimoh’s.
In our clime, most politicians choose to be deceitful in nature and practice. Otunba Olayinka is the direct opposite.
When he speaks, he is in sync with the peoples’ yearnings and aspirations, when he instructs, his followers don’t hesitate because they are well – guided, when you crave for a personality who walks his talk, Braimoh is at your beck and call.
Where you desire a personality who can create the perfect nexus between the indigent majority and privileged few, Olayinka is poles ahead his contemporaries.
