Ododo Support Organization (OSO) has congratulated the Governor of Kogi state on his victory at the supreme court.
In a publication personally signed by the OSO Director General, Engr. Suleiman Adaira, PhD and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja, Engr. Adaira congratulated Governor Usman Ododo and prayed for his continued wisdom.
Engr Adaira paid special tribute to Former Governor Yahaya Bello, and thanked all OSO members, party faithful and well-wishers for this hard earned victory.
The publication reads:
“Your Excellency, Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo, I wish to, on behalf of the entire Ododo Support Organisation (OSO), extend our warmest congratulations to you on the Supreme Court judgment that upholds your mandate as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State.
“This victory is not only a validation of the people’s choice but also a testament to your unwavering dedication and commitment to the progress, people welfare and development of our beloved state. We, at OSO, are proud to have stood by you throughout this journey, and today, we celebrate this well-deserved victory with you.
“We recognize the challenges you have faced, and we commend your resilience and steadfastness. As you continue to lead Kogi State towards a brighter future, be assured of our unflinching support, loyalty, and prayers.
“May this triumph mark the beginning of even greater achievements for your administration, and may you continue to serve the people of Kogi State with distinction and integrity”.
The OSO DG also paid a special tribute to former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello.
He expressed OSO gratitude and appreciation to the party leader and former Governor for his immense efforts and unwavering dedication that led to the emergence and eventual victory of Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo in Kogi State.
“I wish to specially pay tribute, gratitude and appreciation to our leader and benefactor, the former Executive Governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, for his immense efforts and unwavering dedication that led to the emergence and eventual victory of Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo in Kogi State.
“Your visionary leadership and commitment to the people of Kogi State were instrumental in shaping the path that led to this great achievement. As the former employer and mentor to our Governor Ododo, your guidance and support have played a pivotal role in preparing him for the responsibilities he now shoulders. We recognize and honour the impact you have made, not only on the Governor but on the entire state.
“Your Excellency, we are aware of the current challenges you face within the Nigerian polity. We stand with you in solidarity, and offer our prayers for your triumphant victory over these travails. May your strength, resilience, and dedication to the service of our nation continue to guide you through these trying times.
“We believe that, just as you have been a source of inspiration and leadership to so many of us in the state and youth alike across the nation, you will overcome these challenges and emerge stronger. Your legacy in Kogi State and beyond remains an enduring testament to your remarkable contributions to governance and the betterment of our society.

The OSO Director General also uses the medium to appreciate her members for the various contributions during and after the electioneering period, and also expresses gratitude to the Executive Governor for considering some of her members worthy to serve in his government and congratulate the members over their various portfolios and urge them to be good ambassadors of the Organisation, stressing the need to carry other members along.
“I wish to extend congratulations and profound gratitude to all her members, party faithful, and well-wishers for their unwavering support to our Governor. Your dedication, prayers and commitment were instrumental in securing this victory. We acknowledge and celebrate the individual efforts of our Conveners, Directors, Special Advisers, Coordinators and the collective support from various Directorates within the organization. Your steadfastness and contributions have been invaluable. We encourage you to remain steadfast as we await the rewards that lie ahead.
Special appreciation to our Governor over the appointment of some members of our Organisation, and congratulations are in order for some of our newly appointed members, notably the Convener, Engr. Audu Ilyas, and Mall Salawu Abdulrahman Enesi, among others. Your appointments are a testament to your hard work and dedication. We urge you to carry your fellow OSO members along as we continue to work towards our shared goals.
To those who are yet to be recognized or appointed, we ask for your patience and continued support. Your perseverance and encouragement towards your fellow members will contribute significantly to their success and, by extension, the success of the organization.
