As the New Direction Government continue to put smiles on the faces of the people, the Osiresikahe Musical Group in Okengwe district became the latest beneficiary of Ohere magnanimity.
At a launch of her annual musical album, the Special Adviser to the governor on Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Engr. Abubakar Sadiq Ohere donated a brand new Toyota Siena bus and the sum of three hundred thousand Naira (N300,000) to empower the musician in her chosen career.
Engr. Ohere was represented by the Administrator of Okene Local Government, Hon. Abdulrazaq Muhammad at the occasion.
Presenting the car gift to the beneficiary, Hon. Abdulrazaq enjoined them to be patient and continue to support the governor as the benefits of the office of the governor to the people are enormous.
The Council Administrator described Engr. Ohere as a leader that is touching lives in many positive ways on behalf of the governor and government of Kogi State.
Before leaving the occasion, the Council Administrator equally donated the sum of two hundred thousand naira (N200,000) in support of the musical group.
The Chairman tasked his audience to total have fate in the government of His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello as a credible option to tackle poverty and infrastructural decay in Kogi State.
