It is a statement of fact that the present government in Kogi State is rudderless, clueless, deceitful and insensitive to the plight of the people. The masses are being impoverished. Members of the political class are being relegated to the background, treated with contempt by the governor who sees them as demagogues and useless people. Youth leaders are being labeled “cultists”and workers are also being labeled as “ghost workers”. Women leaders are being prostitutes. The governor has opted to bring his Abuja based friends to supplant politicians who toiled and moiled to ensure his emergence as governor in the charade that took place in the state in 2015 and 2016 .
Today, we are unfortunate to have a governor who is so arrogant, cocky and full of himself, who looks down, talk down and uses all kinds of abusive words on the people of the state on any given occasion. From all indications, the governor has shown that he lacks the capacity to build on the foundation laid by his predecessors. He doesn’t believe in building, empowering the people of the state.
The state must be restored on the path of greatness as envisioned by the founding fathers of the state. To achieve this, we must have a core grassroots politician as governor, someone who has the passion and zeal to develop and empower the people of the state. That’s why the undeniable deputy Governor of the state and incumbent member of the National Assembly representing Ikeja Federal Constituency , James Abiodun Faleke, must be prevailed upon to consider contesting the gubernatorial election in the state come 2019.
I’m very worried about the conditions of workers and pensioners in Kogi State.
Yahaya Bello, no amount of wealth accumulated from your wrong past can duly pay for the consequences it will cause you and the future denials it is going to bring to your children.
Blame should be on the citizens of Kogi who have been so afraid to say no to the injustices that Yahaya Bello and his fellow opportunists have subjected us to.

There are no electricity, no clean water, no roads, no quality education, no security, no justice, no accountability, how much more transparency and these are the primary responsibilities of government.
It is crude and barbaric, Kogi is fast losing its credibility, friends and opportunities while crisis management takes better part of our government preoccupation.
