This dude is at it again. Which dude and what is he up to? Edward Onoja of course. He is about re- selling the same vaccine that could not subside our headaches for two years.

You mean you have been enduring an incurable headache for two years? Common! Let’s go to the nearby pharmacy, there are countless drugs capable of fizzling out that freaking headaches on the count of three. We have panadol, Phensic, Emzor paracetamol, Ibuprofen, etc. They are for various type of headache.

Wait a minute, is Edward Onoja no longer the chief of staff to governor Yahaya Bello? Or was he a medical practitioner before his political appointment? How comes he now sells drug?  Edward Onoja is an Emonyoku Ogugu-  born-banker-turned fraudster. His political appointment came after championing the cause of his long time friend and partner in crime, governor Yahaya Bello as his (GYB) campaign chief strategist. He was also the state Director of Kogi Youth Arise forum under APC. A group which worked tirelessly during baba’s (Buhari) campaign. Oh Oh Oh!

The controversial Edward who failed the house of representative in 2011. I heard he was been investigated for an alleged N53 million scam. Aproko! you and your over sabi. U no go wait make I land fest? No vex, you know it’s a matter of life and death. Thank you aproko. But the said 53 million Naira scam was perpetrated while he was working with GTBank in Lokoja. He deceitfully convinced some big time customers whom he managed their account to close the account and invest their money in his ESUSU business, promising a better returns. He even went further to issue undated cheques to his syndicates with which to cash their monies as at when due.

Wao! did Baba notice this? Notice what?  Edward of course! As a matter of fact, he should have topped the list of looters in the Ice berg spree. Aproko! Sorry to disappoint you, Baba does not bite those fingers that fed him in 2015, not even now that he had declared his intention to re-contest. Anyway, the sleeping dog should be made to lie.
Please tell me more about the drug selling saga. Aproko! I know you will not forget. Edward was in Anyigba few days ago to market Yahaya Bello to the members of Igala Cultural Development Association ICDA. The meeting was greeted with a Sharon 8 seater Volkswagen bus which is meant to be delivered on Tuesday the following week. The guy with his colleagues also berated their predecessors (past political appointees from Kogi East) for satisfying their pockets alone while serving in government positions.
In conclusion, Edward promised another 33 seater coaster bus which will be delivered in July plus painting of ICDA building. Interesting, but Bros, are you referring to his Excellency as drug? Aproko, sometimes I wonder what you children of nowadays go to school to learn. A man must die in order to to live – Sizwe Bansi is dead. Bros you have succeeded in confusing me the more. Who’s Sizwe Bansi?
Sizwe Bansi is a play written in 1972 by Athol Fugard about dehumanizing treatment of South Africa’s black population under apartheid.
So Bros, what has this got to do with the borne of contention? Alot! My friend, as a matter of fact, Sizwe Bansi came to Port Elizabeth in search of a white collar job but has no working permit. Because the law stipulated that no Black is allowed to stay in Port Elizabeth or work without a permit. Thus, Sizwe Bansi saw another black man with the name Buntu lying dead on the street with his permit firmly knitted to his chest. He removed Buntu’s permit, fix his passport photograph. Thereby shedding his own name (Sizwe Bansi) to the dead man.
Interesting, so Bros, what’s your take on the matter? My take is; now matter what, I remained a law abiding Kogites. So will, without further delay, contribute my quota. I will consult for Edward on affordable paint, make order and deliver. But payment will be made in December. Why December Bros? It has to be December because the coaster Bus will arrive in July. That is five months from the date the promises were made. We must give uncle Edward at least five months in order to arrange money from local government deductions. Even though his monthly share of the deductions can afford ten coaster bus. So Bros, who will do the painting? Aproko, that’s where your services comes in.
We will be traveling to Anyigba to do the painting ourselves so as to lessen cost. I won’t allow uncle Edward to spend unnecessarily. Besides, doing the painting will give the building a quality look when governor YAHAYA BELLO shall be visiting for his campaign.
Bros are you saying Kogites will vote GYB for second term? Of course, we will vote him. For offering to renovate ICDA building, we would. At least with the building becoming a palace, civil servants can be moved to the apartment pending when just recourse will arrive.
But bros, Edward was not the only politician who extended largesse to the people. Aproko, I know you are referring to N1 million donated to the same ICDA a week earlier by Senator Aidoko representing Kogi East senatorial district. My brother the only thing that is permanent in politics is SELF INTEREST. But our PVC will speak Volume.
I want to go Aproko, before they turn me to the welder who went to beer parlour to drink, and instead of concentrating on his bottles, he started gossiping about GYB’s building construction site. Wait Bros, how do we go about the paint if I have to join you in this patriotic assignment? That is never a big deal at all. I will consult Berger paint or Saclux paint or Value paint. Between these three, we will get one at an affordable Price. So when do we embark on these sacred journey? As soon as the coaster bus arrives.
God Bless Kogi State.
