The national honours of our country is one agenda which for years was regarded as one key sector of our country deserving of a reformation inorder to make your renewed hope agenda for our country successful. With a country that prior to your administration bereft of heroes to emulate die to the bastardization of our reward system, your agenda for systematical changes into our national honours award was received with joy and adulation throughout the country and beyond.
We today as citizens spurred by the urge to join you in taking our country to its deserving greater height thereby carefully present to you a man with an unrelenting dedication, profound strategic acumen,and an unshakeable commitment to transformative reforms, Dr.Yusuf Kalli Gazali as our nominee for the national honours of 2025. Dr Gazali is a man known to have persistently propelled the police HMO towards the unprecedented heights of success, fortifying an enduring legacy of exemplary services and cementing the organizations position as a paragon of excellence in healthcare administration in the country.
His personal qualities which he is known for includes the clinical excellence and patient-centred care, strong leadership and teamwork skills, commitment to continuous growth and improvements and above all the needed managerial skills which is today making the HMO one of the best organization yet in the country. As the managing director of the Police HMO, Dr.Gazali has single handedly strengthened service delivery and the needed workforce competence, improved operational structure and the reputation of the Police HMO, enhanced infrastructure including modernized offices and equipment, fostered partnerships with healthcare institutions nationwide and expanded Police HMO’s footprints and services for all to see..
Your Excellency, propelled by his activities and the success story of the Police HMO and the joy of seeing the results of the transformative impacts of his reforms at the Police HMO which has indeed brought smiles and reliefs brought to those nationwide who have been medically left behind in the quest to bring quality healthcare to all we patriotically put forward his name as one deserving of a national award.
Your Excellency, our nation needs heroes and the present and future generations of our country is looking forward to a pragmatic and systematic reforms to our present system where people undeserving of this awards are recognized while those deserving are ignored. We know this year’s award will be better and we are confident that our nominee equipped with an excellent resume of result oriented achievements will be considered and indeed this will signify a rapid departure from the past trend of our national reward system which considers people of questionable characters to an approach to the future where those with the needed charisma, excellence and patriotism are considered.
indeed, Nigerian guest of building an egalitarian society can only be achieved only if we depart from the old ways of considering people not deserving of our national awards to a pragmatic and systematical new ways of considering deserving individuals for recognition as models winning our prestigious national honoir award.
We, therefore want to use the medium of this open letter to thank Mr. President for his renewed hope agenda which emphasis rewards hardwork, and peaceful acts and the location of only genuine patriots and role models for the conferment’s of our national awards. We are therefore confident that our request will be granted if the records of Dr. Gazali is anything to go by.
