Open Letter to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.

Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello,
Executive Governor of Kogi State,
Lugard House, Lokoja.
Your Excellency,
Appeal to Create an Enabling Environment for Transparent, Credible and Competitive APC Primary Election for Yagba Federal House of Representatives.
As a patriotic Yagba Son, permit me to appreciate your Excellency for the positive impacts of your administration felt by my people.
The progress recorded and your achievements in all facets of lives in Yagba land deserves commendations.
The monumental infrastructural growth and development witnessed by the good people of Yagba federal constituency under the new direction government of your administration is enormous.
I am proud to identify with your government and my decision to leave my former party because of your emergence was not a regret.
Ongoing rehabilitation of Ijowa /Jege/Ejuku /Ponyan /Ifeolukotun road is commendable.
Ongoing building of three GYB model schools in each of the three local governments of the federal constituency.
Repairs, maintenance and reticulation of Great Isanlu Waters Works to Ilafin and Idofin communities to salvage the challenges and hardship faced by the constituents of the area in Yagba East.
Ongoing building of ultra modern world class Rice Mill at Ejiba, nearly completed.
Upgrading and remodeling of Titcombe College Egbe to Unity School
Upgrading, facelifing, equipping and staffing of all the state owned cottage and general hospitals in the federal constituency.
Agricultural Youth Empowerment programme in Land Aquires by Kogi State government at Ejiba spanned through Omi Kampe Dam Project for Rice and Fish farming.
Reform you brought to civil service in Kogi State is highly commendable
Your administration has recorded distinction in area of security of lives and properties.
His Excellency, I congratulate you on this giant stride achievements.
I joined APC because of you, it is a thing of joy for me as an Okun man when you emerged as the 4th Executive Governor of Kogi State
Your emergence is divine and the same God that brought you, will sustain the office come 2019 until you complete the good works you have started.
When your emergence was challenged from tribunal to the supreme court , I stood by your government and as a matter of fact which can be subjected to verification to ascertain my claim.
I always sponsored party faithfuls and my supporters from Yagba Federal Constituency to the court throughout the proceedings at the tribunal, court of appeal and to the final victory at the supreme court.
His Excellency, I have been loyal, committed and dedicated to your administration since the beginning of your government.
I wish to draw your attention to the pronouncement made by Hon. Ropo Asala that my co-aspirant, Henry Abimbola has been anointed by you as the government candidate for Yagba federal House of Representatives without any consultation with me.
His Excellency, I don’t want some people to misinform you about the reality and true situation of things in Yagba federal constituency.
I am more loved and generally accepted by the masses of the three local governments of the federal constituency.
Have a background and independent findings about the two of us. I am loved by my people from my place of birth and origin.
I remain the only widely consulted and generally accepted House of Representatives aspirant that cut across three local governments of Yagba federal constituency.
Sir, do not be misinformed, some of the people which may have wrongly misinformed you, can not even win their wards.
If my co-aspirant for Yagba federal House of Representatives is so popular why are they afraid of competitive primary election?
I want to appeal to your leadership not to allow anti-democratic forces and cartel within the party to destroy the democratic gains being enjoyed by the party supporters and loyalists in the state
I hereby once again appeal to your Excellency, not to allow the idea see the light of the day.
A level playing ground as promised by you should be allowed to subsist.
Be watchful and call to order where necessary actions that can negate peaceful coexistence, mutual understanding which can breed acrimony, breakaway and factions within the APC /GYB family in the State.
All Edwards are known to be loyal people, they are trustworthy, dedicated, reliable and dependable.
Example is our able, dynamic and loyal chief of staff to Kogi State government, Chief (Hon) Edward Onoja.
