Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Kogi State Governor, Oladele John Nihi, has donated ₦1 million to support church work in Lokoja.
Nihi’s donation coincided with the celebration of his mother, Mrs Elixabeth Nihi’s 64th birthday and a Kogi-based journalist, Mr. Boluwaji Obahopo’s 40th birthday.
The donation, made through the Oladele John Nihi Foundation, was split evenly between Revival House Church, where his mother worships, and Zion Baptist Church, where Mr. Boluwaji Obahopo attends. Each church received ₦500,000.
This charitable act follows closely on the heels of Nihi’s similar donation of ₦1 million to his community mosque building yesterday, demonstrating his dedication to interfaith harmony and community development.
