Okun Development Association (ODA) has described the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Trust Mortgage Bank, Mr Adedayo Korede, as a great inspiration to the younger generation.
In a statement signed by Ambassador Rufus Aiyenigba, Acting National Publicity Secretary of ODA, the Association celebrated Mr. Adedayo Korede on the occasion of his conferment with an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Joseph Ayo Babalola University on Thursday.
The statement noted that Okun Development Association (ODA), under the leadership of Ambassador (Chief) Akenson Rotimi, as President-General, is proud of Adedayo Korede’s achievements.
“The Okun nation is proud of the distinguished career attainments and national recognitions of Adedayo Korede, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Trust Mortage Bank, a frontline financial institution within the nation’s financial sector.
“Mr. Adedayo Korede is an exemplar of the cherished heritage of characteristic noble virtues of an Okun man – integrity, commitment, and excellence. He has admirably shown his remarkable qualities in professional excellence and commitment to societal advancement and the common good.
“He is a passionate promoter of the socio-economic development of the Okun nation, his homeland; a great supporter of the works of the ODA; a remarkable human capital development enthusiast, and a great inspiration to our young generation.
“His patriotic orientation and love for the nation are notable,” the statement read.
ODA wished him continued grace for more accomplishments and honours.
