Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogori-Magongo local government area of Kogi state have declared full support for the re-election of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in 2027.
They made this known after an interactive meeting at the council secretariat on Tuesday.
The Executive Chairman of Ogori-Magongo local government area, Hon. Rosemary Ohiezu called for strengthened collaboration and unity among party members in pursuit of the collective goals of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the area.
Hon. Rosemary Ohiezu emphasized the importance of grassroots engagement, transparency in governance, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the APC.
She encouraged Council members to remain proactive in addressing the needs of their respective communities, stressing that their roles are vital in ensuring continued development and political stability in Ogori-Magongo.
“Above all we unanimously affirmed the continuity of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo come 2027,” she said.
Hon. Rosemary Ohiezu urged members to remain steadfast avoid distraction as electioneering sessions draws close.
The All Progressive Congress LGA party Chairman, Hon. Ojo Aturu reiterated party loyalty and supremacy urging its members to be committed to the party at all levels insisting that the party would bring prosperity and development to the country.
Council members commended Hon.Rosemary Ohiezu for her visionary leadership and open-door policy, affirming their readiness to work hand-in-hand to drive the progress of the party and deliver on its promises to the people.
