Senator Ahmed Ogembe representing Kogi central senatorial district has described as shocking and sad, the news of the sudden death of the wife of Senator Smart Adeyemi.
In a press statement personally signed by the senator and made available to news men in Abuja, Ogembe said he got the news of the passing of the deceased with rude shock saying such is least expected as there was no prior sign that she was ill.
He urged the family of Senator Smart to find solace in the fact that Mrs Adeyemi lived a fulfilled life.
“Though this is very unfortunate and devastating but I urge Sen Smart’s family to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled life through her affectionate and benevolence attributes as already attested to by many”, Senator said.
He prayed that God grant the deceased a peaceful repose and the family strength to bear the irreplaceable loss.
