The Ododo Season 2 Grassroot Network has congratulated Engr. Aliyu Momoh Ezzu on his landslide victory as the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kogi State Chapter, at the just-concluded state congress.
In a statement issued by the Chairman of the Network, Hon. Hilary Egwudah Ojomah, the group described Engr. Ezzu’s emergence as a well-deserved victory and a testament to his longstanding commitment to grassroots mobilization and party unity. He noted that Engr. Ezzu is widely recognized as a dedicated party man and a strong mobilizer whose leadership capacity will further strengthen the APC in Kogi State.
Hon. Ojomah commended the leadership of the party for making what he described as a wise and strategic choice, especially at a time the party is preparing for another electoral cycle. According to him, Engr. Ezzu’s experience and loyalty to the party’s ideals will play a crucial role in consolidating the party’s structure across the state.
He also praised the Chief Servant of Kogi State, His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo, for providing purposeful leadership that ensured the smooth and peaceful conduct of the congress in the state.
The Network expressed its readiness to partner and work closely with the new State Party Chairman to advance the collective interest of the party and to secure a greater future for the APC, including the successful re-election bid of Governor Ododo.
