A group, the Ododo School-to-School Campaign Movement has pledged its continued commitment to promotion of quality education in Kogi state.
The group made this known during a consultative visit to member representing Okene/Ogori-Magongo federal constituency, Hon. Tijani Ahmed Ozigi (TAO) on Sunday.
The Steering Committee of the group briefed the lawmaker on the objectives, achievements, and ongoing initiatives of the movement.

The delegation, led by the Director General, Engr. Ubaid Chatta, expressed sincere appreciation for Hon. Ozigi’s steadfast commitment to educational development and his notable contributions in that regard.
He explained that the Ododo School-to-School Campaign was established during the electioneering period to mobilize student support for Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
“The campaign reached primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, during which educational materials were distributed to students in various locations,” he said.
The delegation also used the opportunity to express gratitude to the former Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, for his responsiveness to their advocacy and for implementing key reforms such as teacher recruitment and the promotion of free education. These reforms, spearheaded by the Education Task Force (ETF), laid the foundation for the creation and execution of the Ododo School-to-School Campaign.
They also acknowledged the unwavering support of the group;s Board of Trustees, including: Engr. Muhammed Aliyu Omeiza Omadac (Chairman), Mrs. Cook Cecilia Enezoza, Hon. Tijani Ahmed Damisa, and Hon. Wemi Jones.
The group expressed optimism about a formal engagement with Governor Ododo to seek official recognition and continued support for their mission.
