NSCDC Parades Two for Alleged Vandalization of Telecoms Mast in Kogi

Kogi state command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has paraded two suspects for vandalizing telecommunication mast.

The two suspects, Yakubu Muhammad and Rabiu Suleiman, were arrested by the anti-vandal task force of the NSCDC, Kogi State Command in Okumi, up Natako Area of Lokoja following a routine patrol and credible intelligence.

Parading the suspects, State Commandant of the Corps, Akinlade Esther said the suspects were caught red-handed while engaging in the vandalism of an Etisalat antenna mast in Lokoja.

According to her, the suspects would be charged to court upon conclusion of investigation.

She appealed to the people of the State to partner with the Command to nip crime in the bud through credible information to security agencies.

The Commandant warned criminally minded individuals and groups to desist from their intentions and acts as the Command under her watch has been repositioned to tackle crimes and criminality.
