National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Kogi State Specialist Hospital (KSSH) branch, has expressed gratitude to Governor Usman Ododo for appointing two staff of the hospital for strategic appointments in the state.
Two staff of Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Dr Stephen Shaibu and Dr Musa Muazu were appointed Chief Medical Director of Reference Hospital Okene, now Confluence University Teaching Hospital, and Executive Director, Kogi State Primary Healthcare Development Agency respectively.
In a statement signed by the branch Chairman, Comrade Francis Obaje, the Nurses and Midwives Association described the appointments are well deserved.
Comrade Obaje described Governor Ododo has an astute human resource manager whose head-hunting skill remains a marvel.
He described the duo of Dr Shaibu and Dr Muazu as distinguished professionals who have demonstrated unquestionable capacity over the years while serving at the specialist hospital.
He urged the new appointees to be good ambassadors of Kogi State Specialist Hospital in their new assignments.
