Governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the 2023 Kogi elections, Alhaji Murtala Ajaka has called on members of his parry to participate actively in the local government election scheduled to hold in October.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Ajaka said the call for participation underscores the importance of grassroots involvement in shaping the future of our local communities.
The statement signed by Isaiah Davies Ijele, Director New Media, urged all aspiring candidates to step forward, engage with the electoral process, and demonstrate their commitment to serving the people of Kogi State.
“The opportunity to run for both counselor and Chairmanship positions is open to all eligible candidates who are eager to contribute to the democratic processes at the local level and for the good and well being of our people.
