The Honourable Commissioner for Finance has done far beyond what is expected of an elected position. Beyond words and measure, Hon. Chief Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru has given back to his people above expectations.
It is a proven fact that there is hardly any ward in Yagba East Local Government without his impact. His contributions cut across human development, empowerment programmes, and the provision of solar-powered water projects to tackle water scarcity.
However, some disgruntled individuals go about spreading falsehoods and creating discord in his name. Not aligning with the Commissioner is not a problem, but backbiting and spreading hate in his name is condemnable.
His political philosophy is deeply rooted in love and unity, aimed at achieving set objectives.
He is not in competition with anyone; rather, he has made humanity his priority. We, the people of Yagba East, are ready to follow his direction in this political journey.
