May I use this medium to sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, Executive Governor of Kogi State for the appointment of this silent but extremely effective party enthusiast, loyalist and financier, Hon Segun Olobatoke as SSA Youth and Women Mobilisation in charge of Kabba-Bunu-Ijumu Federal Constituency.
I am particularly relieved that we now have a square peg in a square hole to handle the affairs of our dearly beloved Women and Youth in the Federal Constituency.
And there is no better time than now.
Olobatoke’s appointment is therefore a plus for the growth and progress of our party and should be commended by all.
I also commend His Excellency for the other appointments in the remaining Federal Constituencies in the State and state without equivocation that the decision is a smart one from his Executive desk.
My little kobo for all the appointees is to see their appointments as a great avenue to make a mark especially as it affects the overall welfare of women and youths in the state.
It is no time for idleness. This is the time to prove that the youths can even be more creative and efficient in official capacities.
I urge the State Government to give them all the support needed to succeed in this onerous task.
