Tribute to HRM Oba David Sunday Ehindero the Olu of Ayetoro-Gbede.
It is with a heavy heart that I join the good people of our community and other sympathisers to mourn the passing of His Royal Majesty Oba David Sunday Ehindero, who has made an immeasurable impact on his community and its environs. His passing is a great loss to not only his family, but also to his subjects, Ijumu LGA, Kogi State and Nigeria.
His contributions to the community will be remembered for generations to come. He was a symbol of unity for all those who knew him.
His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
It is remarkable that during his reign the stool of the Olu of Ayetoro-Gbede was elevated to a first class status.
As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate his life and the impact he made on the world. His Royal Majesty will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on as a testament to his enduring legacy of service, compassion, and leadership.
I condole with the Royal Family, Ayetoro Gbede community and the state at large.
May His soul rest in peace.
