The aspiration of Honourable Muhammad Danasabe Muhammad to vie for Lokoja Council chairmanship seat got a big boost yesterday as the Lokoja Local Youths For Good Governance (LLKYFGG) endorsed him for the coveted office.
In a statement signed by the group’s chairman, Comrade Adamu Isah Ibrahim, they described Danasabe as the only aspirant that is capable of uplifting the Local Government to higher economic and cultural heights.
DanAsabe is a member of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lokoja.
The group urged the party to create level playing ground for all aspirants by ensuring free and credible party primaries that will allow peoples’ will to prevail.
The statement read in part;”youths under the umbrella LLKYFGG are well prepared for the party primaries election at all times. Because of our commitment to Honourable Danasabe’s project we have traversed the length and breadth of Lokoja Local Government to enlighten our people on the need to vote for our choice who is adjudged to be the best among all the aspirants”.
The group expressed confidence that with free, fair and credible party primary, their preferred candidate would emerge victorious.
The group said the Support from groups and individuals across board towards the ambition of Danasabe are enough to convince anyone that Hon. Muhammad Danasabe Muhammad is the undisputable choice of the people of Lokoja Local Government Area.
They advised that any attempt to muzzle the desire of the people will be disastrous for the future of the unborn generation.
