The remains of the late wife of a former member, Kogi State House of Assembly from Yagba East constituency, Barr Henry Ojuola, will be laid to rest at Itedo Amuro in Isanlu, Yagba East LGA on 20th of November 2021.
Late Mrs Grace Ebun Ojuola died in Lokoja on the 3rd of October, 2021 at the age of 71 after a brief illness.
Burial arrangement signed by the son of the deceased, Mr. Oluwasegun Ayokunle Ojuola, as well as Barr Henry Ojuola and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, explained that commendation service in honour of the deceased holds on Thursday, 18th November, 2021 at the family residence, before Oluroyal Hotel, first gate Lokogoma Housing Estate Phase 2, Lokoja at 4:30pm.
According to the statement, lying-in-state and service of songs will take place on Friday, 19th November at the hometown residence, Ojuola’s Compound, Itedo Amuro in Isanlu at 5pm.
Burial service and interment holds on Saturday by 10am at ECWA Church Itedo Amuro Isanlu, to be followed by reception of guests is at the local government mini stadium, Itedo Amuro Isanlu.
The late Mrs Grace Ebun Ojuola, a retired Secondary School teacher who served at Army Day Secondary School Chari Megumeri Barracks in Lokoja, was born on 15th of April, 1950 to the family of Baba Balogun of Takete Isao, Yagba East Local Government Area in present day Kogi State.
She is well known for her dedication to the things of God and her commitment to the growth of the gospel of Jesus Christ, especially in the church where she was given birth to – The ECWA Church – playing prominent roles in the Women Fellowship arm of the 4th ECWA Church opposite Army Barracks in Lokoja.
Mrs. Grace Ebun Ojuola is survived by her husband, Barrister Henry Ojuola, son, Mr Ayokunle Oluwasegun Ojuola, three daughters and grand children.
