The Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Chief Kayode Alabi, has congratulated the Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi State on Energy Matters, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi, on his conferment with the ‘Omoluabi Bobaseye of Oro-Ago land’.
Chief Alabi was one of the dignitaries that graced the occasion of conferment of chieftaincy titles on notable Nigerians during the 10th year coronation anniversary of the paramount ruler of Oro-Ago, His Royal majesty, Oba Olanrewaju Johnson Dada on Saturday.
The Deputy Governor, an indigene of Oro-Ago who was the special guest of the occasion, congratulated Omoluabi Adeyemi during the ceremony and wished him greater heights.
Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi received the chieftancy title alongside with many dignitaries including the Governor of Kwara state, Mallam Abdulraman Abdulrazak; Senator representing Kwara Central, Sen Saliu Mustapha and other notable personalities.
Omoluabi who happened to be the only non Kwara state indigene among the 13 people recognized for the title is now the Omoluabi Bobaseye of Oro-Ago land. His selection for the exalted title in the land is in recognition of the affinities he has established with prominent Oro-Ago sons over the last two decades and his sterling political, community development and human capacity he has demonstrated over the years.
