We made bold to say without any iota of equivocation or fear of contradiction that Hon Shaban Ohinoyi Shuaibu aka (No Case) has no “loco standi” to speak on behalf of Kogi K/K constituency not alone threating to recall our able, indefatigable, dynamic and focused member of Kogi State House Of Assemble. Hon Zakari Osewu Mohammed.
Reacting to a threat in the National Dailies, particularly, National Tribune in Page 33 of 18th April,2016 edition, with the caption: “Constituency Threatens To Recall Law Maker.”
In deed we are not unaware of Hon Shaban Ohinoyi Shuaibu’s mischievous move of desperation, through his campaign of calumny in an attempt to smear the name of our leader ever since he defeated his inordinate ambitions in the A.P.C primaries that made him resolve to anti-party activities and now coming to course division in the party.
If not because he is half schooled, how could he advocate and ask his representative to support illegality of 5 members at the expense of 15 members of State Assembly to the extends of threatening with a recall.
It beat my imagination when he mention Alh Abdullahi Yusuf Omoko, the party chairman as among those who signed such a purported, malicious and wicked resolution capable of destroying our peaceful and harmonious co-existence as a party and entity, perhaps it on record that the said party chairman was among the executive which signed petition of vote of NO CONFIDENCE on the Governor ALH YAHAYA BELLO submitted to National Working Committee challenging him of abandoning those that work for the victory of A.P.C in the last general election,how possible could he turn around to sign another resolution in support of the Governor? That will amount to double standard.
Our findings reveal that Hon Shaban Ohinoyi Shuiabu (No Case) lobby in support of impunity and illegality perpetuated by G5 members headed by Hon Alfa Imam and was turn down base on principle and optimism of change, clamor by A.P.C which called for sacrifice on behalf of the next generation and strict adherence to rule of law.
Hon Zakari Osewu Mohammed believes in making a living by what we get out of life and what we give to humanity in terms of contribution for posterity sake not of stomach infrastructure, therefore will never be deter by an empty threat of recall to support impunity and illegality.
It is truism that the attitude of the so called leader, Hon Shaban Ohinoyi Shuaibu (No Case) could not be far from the description of MAXWELL, as an outward expression of inward feelings invariable out of envy and jealousy that makes them to engage in a negative anti peoples resolution, it is unfortunate when people allowed themselves to be mixed up like concrete to destroy others in a quest to succeed.
Recall that harvest of vote of confidence were made in support of Hon. Zakari Osewu Mohammed for standing for justice, equity and good consciences which invariably will ensure survival, growth and development of Kogi local government constituency.
The groups are: Kogi APC Restoration Alert, Unity Vanguard, Youth Movement Association, Zone A,B and C Youth Network, A.P.C Integrity Group, among others.
