#KogiGovRace: Frank Onaji Joins Guber Race

As the 2015 Kogi governorship election continue to gain momentum, Frank Onaji, a businessman has declared his intention to contest.

 

 

Onaji made this declaration in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lokoja on Wednesday, September 9.

 

The aspirant also revealed that he had already picked his nomination form to contest the coming primary of the Progressive People Alliance (PPA).

According to Onaji who served as special assistant on sports and youth development to former Governor Ibrahim Idris, his mission is to bring about unity, equity and justice for a true change in the life of the people.

 

He added that he would develop the sports, tourism, agriculture and solid mineral resources sectors to create jobs and wealth for the citizens of the state.

 

 

In the education sector, Onaji stated that he that he would make education free and compulsory up to secondary school level.

The PPA governorship aspirant however appealed to the leadership of the party to allow a free level playing ground during the party’s governorship primary holding on Sept. 15, to ensure cohesion and peace in the party.
