Towards improving his public image perception in the Eastern Senatorial District of Kogi State, fresh facts have emerged that the All Progressive Congress Governorship is seeking a new wife in Ayingba, Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Until recently, the APC Governorship candidate has had three broken marriages, with a recent marriage to a 22 year old half cast from Benue State.

The governorship hopeful is on record to have contested all governorship election in the state, each attempt with a new wife.

A source at Alhaji Hassan Mairiga’s house, where the two times Governor went to seek their daughters hands in marriage was rebuffed for what a family source termed obvious reason.

It would be recalled that Aisha Emeje, Prince Audu’s former wife hails from Ayingba, a reason our source said is hindering the marriage owing to the way the former first lady was maltreated by the former governor.

The marriage, a family source also said viewed the experience of the late former governor’s wife Hajia Habibat Audu who hails from Ofu, her encounter in the hands of the former governor, an action that was said to have contributed to her death as some reasons family sources gave that led to the rebuff of the former governor’s advances.

The former governor’s attempt to marry from Igala area, all indication said has met brick wall, as his temperament is considered by many as what as affected his being a responsible family man.

The APC governorship candidate is making his fifth attempt to the seat of government, since his exit in 2003, with the 2015 governorship contest seen by many as the most difficult for the APC governorship candidate despite the party’s viable platform and performances in the last general elections.  For now, the people in the Central and West part of the State have completely shut their doors against Prince Audu, with the former governor said to have acceptance only in two of the nine Local Government Areas in the East.
