#KogiDecides: Any Thug Who Come Out to Cause Mayhem On Election Day Will Be Liquidated, Audu Warns PDP

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State, Prince Abubakar Audu has warned the Peoples Democratic Party to forget any idea of winning the next Saturday’s gubernatorial poll through the back door, by manipulating the process, insisting that the devilish plan would not work.

Addressing a huge crowd during a campaign rally at Iyara, headquarters of Ijumu local government, in the western axis of the state, Prince Audu said those training thugs to manipulate the forthcoming election would soon discover that they have been dissipating their time and energy for nothing.

He said President Muhammadu Buhari who strongly believe in transparent and credible electoral process would not condone electoral fraud,warning those planning to disrupt the election through violence to desist in their own interest.

He further advised parents to warn their wards, adding that any thug who come out to cause mayhem “on election day would be liquidated”.

While stressing that the end of the PDP in the state has finally come,the APC standard bearer further disclosed that with over N550 billion received by the PDP led governments in the last 13 years, they have nothing to show to the people.

He therefore urged the people of the area to be part of the change agents by coming out enmasse to vote for APC in the. forthcoming election, even as he assured that if given the mandate, all the segments of the state would be carried along in the scheme of things.

Prince Audu equally promised to embark on aggressive infrastructural development upon assumption in office, lamenting over the. infrastructural decay in the state.

He assured the civil servants that their welfare would be given top priority, even as he reiterated that percentage salary payment would be a thing of the past.
