Kogi United Suspends Osho

The management of Nigeria National League, NNL side, Kogi United FC has placed its Chief Coach, Fatai Osho on indefinite suspension.
In a statement signed by the Team Manager of Kogi United, Ameh Henry, it disclosed that Coach Osho was placed on suspension following his repeated actions of insubordination, flagrant abuse of power and disrespect for the team.

The statement added that Assistant Coach, Yinka Kelvin will act as Chief Coach while Coach-Trainer Sanni Mohammed will move in as Assistant Coach in acting capacity.

The former Remo Stars’ gaffer has been asked to stay away from club’s activities and hand over all club property to Mr Kelvin pending management decision on the suspension.

Fatai Osho joined Kogi United at the beginning of the current NNL season.

Kogi United is currently placed eight on the NNL group ‘A’ log with 18 points from 12 matches. They will be in Jos on thursday to play against Plateau United FC.
