The current political crisis in Kogi Central may not end any time soon as suspected APC thugs attacked and killed one of supporters of the SDP senatorial candidate, Barr. Natasha Akpoti.
An eyes witness who wished not to be named said, trouble started at about 9:00am on Friday when the suspected APC thugs attacked the peaceful street campaign of the SDP senatorial candidate in Ihima, Okehi local government and left the supporters with various degrees of injuries.
In a facebook post by the SDP senatorial candidate, she said in a way to further demonstrate their evil, new guns were handed over to the thugs to launch house to house raid on her supporters.
She explained that after handing over the guns to the thugs, they went on rampage at about 1:00am on Saturday, attacking her supporters houses and destroyed everything they could lay their hands and carted away with money and other valuables.
According to her, one of her supporters identified as Ojo Enesi in Obeiba, Ihima was killed in the process.
The young Enesi who is in his mid 20s was said to have been shot repeatedly by one of the APC thugs, Ajinodu Ojo.
Natasha further added that, while the attack was going on, they called the Area Commander of OKehi who bluntly told them that they cannot do anything even after given him money for fuel.

Gov. Yahaya Bello has killed Ojo Enesi
Last night was one of the longest nights of my life.
At 11pm, guns and military wears offloaded from a bus into the Obeiba house of Deedat, the Commissioner of Water resources Kogi State. I asked some people to keep vigil.
At 1am, APC thugs started moving from house to house searching for my supporters and shooting at them. We called those we knew to run out for their lives.
From 1am to 3:30am, I called every security chief and personnel I knew. Okehi LGA DPO and Area Commander were not picking calls. It had to take the Commission of Police from a South South State to organize a team to address the situation.
We do not know how many people were killed, but we know that young Ojo Enesi who is an ardent believer in our mission for a better Nigeria was killed by thugs groomed by Deedat and Abdulkareem Ohiare (Sole Administrator Okehi LGA) under the instructions of Gov.
