The Head of Computer Science Department in Kogi State Polytechnic, Mr A A Zubairu has been reported to be a regular assaulter of his students.
Recent of his onslaughts is the slapping of a female student who fainted on the spot and was rushed to the school clinic.
A student of the institution who spoke with Ebira Reporters, said that “Zubairu takes pleasure in his steady habit of slapping students, and has been claiming supremacy over the school management.”
The student added that despite receiving reports concurrently, the management has never taken actions, which according to him is a confirmation of an immunity the lecturer enjoys.
Concerned authorities have been called to wade into the issue to avoid a reoccurence.
