In a surprising turn of events, the Kogi state executive of People Democratic Party (PDP) has reversed the suspension of Olamaboro local government divisional chairman, Hon Yakubu Mohammed, also known as OC.
This decision comes as the party announces a statewide reconciliation effort to unite party members and strengthen internal mechanisms for conflict resolution.
In a statement on Wednesday, the state publicity secretary, Alhaji Tijani Umoru, emphasized the importance of putting all suspension issues on hold to focus on rebuilding party unity.
He also urged party members to refrain from engaging in media trials of fellow party members, as the PDP’s internal mechanisms are now more than capable of addressing any issues that arise.
