A group, the Concerned Kogites Forum (CKF), has added their voice to the growing call on President Muhammadu Buhari to fill the vacuum created by the demise of Minister of State for Labour, Chief James Ocholi SAN.
The group made the call in a press statement signed by its President, Masood Ozi Yakub.
He called on the President to accord the late minister final respects by appointing a new minister from Kogi state to continue the good works Ocholi started in his former office.
“We need not remind the President of the huge support he got from the state during the last presidential election. Kogi state does not deserve to be neglected or shortchanged”, he added.
The group called on the state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, and National Assembly members from the Kogi state to lend their voices towards this cause.
