Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr Abubakar Bashir Gegu, has called on his supporters and constituents to turn out and vote for the All Progressive Congress, APC, candidates of the council polls slated for 19th October, 2024.
Speaking with newsmen in Lokoja on Monday, the commissioner urged the electorate to vote for APC councillorship candidates in the 11 electoral wards in the local government and ensure that their votes count.
He urged the electorate to recognize the importance of consolidation and continuity, emphasizing the need to build upon existing progress and drive numerous projects forward whilst reaffirming unwavering commitment to fostering progress, unity and prosperity for the people of the local government.
