Kogi Has An Open Economy, Look Carefully and Key In – Asiru

Kogi State Commissioner for Finance and State Economic Adviser, Hon. Asiwaju Asiru Idris has said that the economy of Kogi State is open and call for different level of investment in all sectors.
He said this while meeting with a set of prominent Okun Youths in Lokoja on Tuesday, these youths had met the Commissioner for the commemoration of Democracy Day and asked for some jobs and career assistance.
Asiru appreciated the youths for thinking about their future and challenged them to look inwards and think outside the box.
He asked them to sniff around and bring new, lucrative and developmental business to Kogi State.
“Sniff around, what’s happening in Niger, Kwara, Lagos, Ondo and other States and FCT Abuja that’s not happening in Kogi, bring up a proposal and the Government will be glad to assist as deem fit”, Asiru said.
The youths have in attendance; Comr. Akinola Oluropo Babatunde, Hon. Sunday Paul, Comr. Ayodeji Emmanuel, Barr. Aiyedogbon Emmanuel and Comr. Peter Obajemu.
Others are Comr. Rowland Tosin Theophilus, Comr. Juwon Moses Oloruntoba, Comr. Ayokunle Atteh and Comr. Juwon Olorunbe.
