Spokesman of the Audu Political Family, Dr. Odekina Abutu has distanced the leader of the group, Prince Mohammed Audu for political reports making rounds on social media.
In a statement issued on Friday, urged general public to disregard any news from a Facebook account with the name Prince Mohammad Audu that has been publishing story that are lies and blasphemy.
“Prince Mohamed Audu is a party man and I know the right channels to use if he want any story about him or the Audu political family to be published.
“Our attention has been drawn to online reports purportedly written by Prince Audu. These reports, circulated on Facebook and Whatsapp groups, are hatchet jobs from political deviants.
“These are all works of fraudsters and people who are desperate to tarnished Prince Audu’s reputation. Prince Mohammed Audu respect the power of information and as such he will not be a party nor tolerate any form of fake news that can course havoc or mislead people,” he said.
