A former governorship aspirant, Dr Idris Omede has called on members and supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to come out enmass on November 16 and vote massively for Engr. Musa Wada.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the former president, Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) charged Kogi electorate who desire change to embark on massive political awareness in the remaining days to ensure voters defend and follow up their votes to final collation centres.
He charged PDP supporters to prove doubting Thomases wrong by replicating what happened in Bauchi, Adamawa and other states where the party leveraged on the will of the people to vote out failed governments during the last general elections.
Omede tasked the electorate to get to the polling units early, at the commencement of voting process, to avoid late night collation in ward and local government collation centres.
