The campaign organization of Dr. Idris Omede, The Believe Network, has promised to work for the victory of the governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Engr. Musa Wada in the November Kogi gubernatorial election.
In a press statement signed by Julius Achimugu, the group expressed confidence that “a brand Kogi will be birthed under the administration of Musa Wada.
He called on all interest groups and structures in the Omede team to work assiduously for the emergence of Wada as the next governor of Kogi state.
“Like we always posited, power belongs to God, and He gives it to whoever He so wishes at a particular point in time. Our struggle and sincere wish at Believe Network is to see a brand new Kogi under a leadership which, by the grace of God, will be provided by Engr Musa Wada. The just concluded PDP primary election is a prelude to that.
“We want to use this medium to officially congratulate Engr. Musa Wada for emerging flag bearer of our great party, the PDP. We urge the various interest group and existing structures, loyal to us at the Believe Network, to work assiduously with renewed commitment and determination for the success and victory in the onerous task ahead,” he said.
Achimugu called on all lovers of democracy, youths, leaders, party men and women to ensure a successful outing in the campaign preceding the main election on 16th November 2019 for liberation of Kogi state from bad governance.
