Action Alliance (AA) governorship candidate in the November 11 election in Kogi State, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, has promised to sue the management of hotels in the state if payments already made for reservation are refunded based on the instruction of the state government.

Speaking while featuring on Channels TV Hard Copy on Friday, Braimoh said the management of some of the hotels had reached out to him, talking about refunding monies paid for room reservations during the elections.

Recall that in a viral memo, Kogi state government had directed all hotels in the state to reserve all available rooms, regardless of size and status, for its use between 4th and 12th of November.

Commenting on the development, Braimoh said management of some the hotels his campaign council had paid for rooms reservation had reached out to him with the intent of refunding monies paid.

“I will sue the hotels in court. We have paid and we have the invoices to that effect,” he affirmed.
