Your Excellency, the news of the death of Mama came as a shock to the entire Football Association as death is never one that is envisaged.
While we join you in mourning the death of a matriarch, we are consoled by the legacies and good will she has left behind, one, which is you and the lives she has touched while sojourning this world.
We pray that the soul of Hajiya Hawawu is admitted into Aljannatul Firdaus and that Allah grant the entirety of your family the Ihman to bear this grave lost.
