Because our leaders sold unity for ego. Because our elites traded collective power for personal deals. Because our youths were mobilized only as foot soldiers, never as stakeholders.
Today, Kogi East is politically dismembered—split into factions, cliques, camps, and parallel structures with no ideology, no coordination, and no central command. This is not pluralism. This is political anarchy.
Let it be said without fear:
Fragmentation is a crime against the future of Kogi East youths.
Every divided primary is a stolen future.
Every multiple candidacy is an act of betrayal.
Every sponsored disunity is a political coup against the next generation. While other zones build political machines, Kogi East is busy destroying itself. While others negotiate power aggressively, we negotiate excuses. While others impose relevance, we beg for recognition.
This is why Kogi East keeps losing. This is why development bypasses us. This is why our youths remain unemployed, angry, and politically exploited.
This generation says NO MORE.
This is a youth political uprising—not with weapons, but with ideology, organization, and fearless confrontation of failed leadership.
We reject:
Godfatherism without accountability
Leadership without ideology
Politics without strategy
Elders without vision
Ambition without discipline
We demand:
Political consolidation, not confusion
Youth inclusion, not tokenism
Strategic unity, not emotional alliances
Power bargaining, not political begging
Let it be known: Any leader who cannot unite Kogi East is unfit to represent it. Any ambition that weakens our collective strength is an enemy of progress. Any youth used as a thug or praise-singer without political empowerment is a victim of political slavery.
This is not a request. This is a political declaration. Kogi East youths are no longer spectators. We are stakeholders. We are strategists. We are mobilizers. We are the political spine of this zone.
From Ankpa to Omala, from Olamaboro to the diaspora, the message is clear: Unite or be rejected. Organize or be irrelevant. This generation will not inherit fragmentation. No retreat. No surrender. No more political deception.
