Kogi State Deputy Governor Elder Simon Achuba has threatened to sue the Chief of Staff to Governor Yahaya Bello, Edward Onoja over a recent allegation of fraud against him.
Achuba, in a letter of service made by his lawyers, G.O. Zekeri and Associates, demanded the immediate and public retraction of the allegation.
The deputy governor is also asking Onoja to write a letter of public apology to him and the entire people of Ibaji LGA of Kogi State within 14 days from the date of service of the letter.
He said failure to retract the allegation and apologise would result in a legal action against Onoja.
