Kogi Community Gets Borehole Via Online Voting

Reputable crowd-funding platform, Giving.ng, will soon begin the construction of a borehole in Ajichemu community, Dekina Council of Kogi State, following the selection of the community for a social-impact project by an online audience.

This is part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which gives projects to communities yearly.

Chief Executive Officer, Sterling One Foundation, Mrs. Peju Ibekwe, said the commitment to lasting social impact, reducing poverty and fostering a better world brought about the gift of clean to a community where it is most needed.

Sterling One Foundation, an investor in Giving.ng, asked Nigerians to nominate a community in desperate need of a borehole.

About 20 communities across the country were nominated in December 2020.
