A delegation from the Forum of Civil Society Organizations in Nigeria, led by Comrade Olabode Amos, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Joseph Oluwasegun, Commissioner for Environment and Ecological Management, to congratulate him on his remarkable achievements and exemplary leadership since assuming office.
During the award presentation programme, Comrade Amos stated that the annual recognition and award presentation aims to acknowledge outstanding leaders in the country. He praised Hon. Oluwasegun’s professionalism, experience, and contributions to environmental conservation, leadership, and community development.
He commended his transparency and credibility noting that his outstanding work has inspired others to serve humanity.

The organization presented Hon. Oluwasegun with an award in recognition of his well-deserved appointment stating that the recognition underscores his dedication to environmental sustainability and commitment to making a positive impact.
In response, Hon. Joseph Oluwasegun, dedicated the award to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for the trust placed in him and expressed gratitude for being recognized by the Forum of Civil Society Organizations in Nigeria.
