The former Chief of Staff to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi, Chief Edward Onoja has been sworn in as the new deputy Governor of the state.
Chief Onoja was earlier screened and cleared today by the Kogi State House of Assembly.
Recall that the former deputy Governor, Elder Simon Achuba was last Friday impeached by the House after receiving the report of the investigation panel set up by the chief Judge of the state, Justice Nasiru Ajana to investigate allegations of gross misconduct levelled again Achuba.
