The people of central senatorial district of Kogi State have commended Senator Yakubu Oseni for representing them actively at the red chamber.
A socio-political group in the area, Ebira To The World, in a communique signed by the chairman of the group, Comrade James Mohammed, expressed satisfaction with Senator Oseni’s outing so far.
They noted that since Senator Oseni’s assumption of office, he has been actively involved in several legislative activities.
“Since the senator was appointed the chairman Senate Committee ICT/Cybercrime, he has shown to the world that he is the right man for the job.
“He has organized several trainings for civil servants across the country on ICT and Cybercrime, and has also established several ICT centers in schools across Kogi Central Senatorial district.
“We commend Senator Oseni for sponsoring several developmental bills, prominent among them which is the bill establishing Ajaokuta Steel University that has been passed by the 9th senate,” the communiqué read.
While noting that the hope for any societal development is hinged on the shores of effective representation and great leadership, the chairman of the group prayed that God continue to use the senator to bring dividends of democracy close to the people.
