The gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for Kogi State Governorship election, Mr. Idoko Ilonah has congratulated the Attah Igala a d President Kogi State Council of Chiefs, His Majesty Matthew Alaji Opaluwa on the occasion of his 59th birthday.
Mr. Ilonah, in a statement made available to Newsmen on Saturday in Lokoja, the state capital, described the Igala Paramount Ruler as a blessing and pride to Igala nation, Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.
In his words, the APGA Flag bearer said “on behalf of my family and Campaign Team, I want to sincerely felicitate with His Majesty Matthew Alaji Opaluwa, our very own Attah Igala as he marks another birthday ceremony”
“There’s no doubt that the Reign of His Majesty has been peaceful and has witnessed development at all levels, hence our believe that he is God sent for the emancipation and transformation of Igala land.”
According to him, the leadership qualities of the Igala Paramount Ruler is unique as he exhibit love, humility, steadfastness and honesty, which has endeared many to him.
While wishing the Attah peaceful, and more fruitful years, Mr. Ilonah prayed God to grant him more wisdom and good health to move Igala land to the promise land.
