Chairman of the Ijumu Chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC), Honorable Taufiq Isa has restated his unalloyed support for Kogi State Governor-elect, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
Taufiq also issued a seven days ultimatum to its members who flaunted the party orders by pledging support to self-acclaimed Governor elect, Honorable James Faleke in the ongoing Kogi political crisis.
In a statement made available to Kogireports, Taufiq blasted the action of some of its executive members while describing the article in a local media newspaper as unfortunate.
Taufiq, who is also the Okun coordinator of Yahaya Bello Campaign team, lamented the resolve of some members to working against the interest of the party, whereby deepening the current crisis.
He insisted that the council chapter of the party will not tolerant such affront from the erring members just as he hailed the massive support of the running mate to the late Prince Abubakar Audu, Faleke in the victorious November 21 governorship election.
