A Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor, Hon. Musa Idris Danjuma (Oando) has congratulated the newly elected state executive of the All Progressive Congress Party (APC), adjuring them to make party interest their top priority.
Speaking in Lokoja shortly after the congress, the Assembly Aspirant of Ankpa II Constituency tasked members of the party to unite as one family as that is the only way the APC can accomplish its aspirations and mission.
“I congratulate the newly elected executive of our great party, the APC, and wish them a successful tenure. I want to restate that for our party to have a formidable front we have to unite as one family, individual giant will take us to no where.
“I am very much happy with the set of players that have been elected to pilot the affairs of the party in Kogi State and I am confident that they will play and perform effectively in a way that will ensure the party’s victory at the coming election.
“And to the rest of us, we cannot all be drivers at the same time, others have to make sacrifices, put differences aside since we are heading to the same destination,” he said.
Hon. Danjuma participated at the State Congress of APC held at Confluence Stadium Lokoja on Saturday.
