The Kogi State Chairman of Association of Local Government Areas of Nigeria (ALGON), and Caretaker Chairman of Yagba West local government area, Hon. Tosin Olokun, has sent a message of felicitations to the Governor of Kogi State and the entire people of Kogi State on the occasion Easter celebration.
The greetings was contained in a statement on the occasion of 2024 Easter celebration.
The message which reads in part stated that:
“As we rejoice in the miracle of Easter, we should all remember the importance of Love, Forgiveness, and compassion. She also prayed that the reason for the season inspire new hope, happiness and prosperity through God’s divine grace and mercy.”
The ALGON Chairman urged the people of the state to pray for the Governor, Alhaji Usman Ododo for more wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state to greater height.
He enjoined citizens of Kogi State to uphold peaceful and harmonious living amongst the people.
